At iShop Mauritius, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and the original receipt to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Drop-off or Collection

  Bring the item to our designated iShop collection point in Mauritius or schedule a courier pickup for a small additional processing fee.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
